Members and guests are invited to attend the November Monthly Club Meeting that the Outback Steakhouse in Plano, TX. Folks tend to arrive around 6pm to order dinner, to swap sea stories from their favorite dive trips, and to discuss upcoming trips. Around 7pm our President will call the meeting to order and have a short business meeting. After the business is taken care of the feature presentation will be about Coral Bleaching and the Coral Reef Restoration group's work in Florida and on the Great Barrier Reef to restore damaged reefs. As we know these areas (and many more) are experiencing coral beaching due to extremely warm waters, in good part due to climate change. The CRF team works tirelessly to grow and plant new corals in hopes of restoring the habitats for all the ocean creatures.
